Choices That Support the Liver
Start your morning with fresh lemon juice in water; this helps flush and decongest the liver.
Eat beets or drink beet and vegetable juice regularly. Beets are an excellent liver cleanser.
Chlorophyll drinks and other green drinks can be used regularly to aid in liver cleansing
High quality protein foods are necessary to restore and sustain the liver. Raw nuts and seeds and whole grains are beneficial.
Nutritional antioxidants such as vitamin E, zinc and selenium are essential for protecting the liver from free radical damage.

1- cup Coconut Water
1- Handful of gorgeous organic GREEN spinach
1- cup blueberries
Vanilla/powder or celtic salt
2- Medajol Dates
2-3 stacks of kale
1Tbsp favorite GREEN powder
2-3 Tbsp coconut butter
Brown Rice Protein Powder, hemp seeds, macca, 1-2 s coconut butter.
7-8 ice cubes
Blend all together, tweek as needed.
The color alone will feed your soul!
